EnergizeCare Announces Community Media Partnership with REAL & RAW with Mindy & Boots on 98.9 FM
EnergizeCare is honored to announce the signing of an official Community Media Partnership Agreement with REAL & RAW with Mindy & Boots on 98.9 FM, effective Sunday, July 19, 2026.
This exciting partnership represents another important milestone in EnergizeCare's mission to transform the way our community understands and supports individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Through this collaboration, EnergizeCare will have a consistent weekly presence on one of Central Ohio's most popular weekend radio programs, reaching thousands of listeners with messages of education, compassion, awareness, and hope.
As part of the partnership, EnergizeCare will air three 30-second educational radio messages every Sunday during the REAL & RAW with Mindy & Boots program, broadcast from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, Dr. Kenneth Vitellas, Founder and President of EnergizeCare, will join the program for a 30-minute live interview one Sunday each month, providing expert dementia education, practical caregiving guidance, inspiring personal stories, updates on EnergizeCare's programs, and meaningful conversations focused on improving the lives of individuals living with dementia and those who care for them.
These monthly broadcasts will invite care partners, families, individuals living with dementia, participants, community partners, physicians, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and special guests to join Dr. Vitellas in thoughtful discussions that educate, inspire hope, answer questions, and strengthen support for families throughout Central Ohio.
In addition to the radio partnership, Mindy Drayer has graciously accepted the role of Co-Master of Ceremonies for EnergizeCare's Champions of Care Fundraising Event, joining longtime Columbus media personality Dino Tripodis to host EnergizeCare's signature annual fundraising celebration.
The Champions of Care Fundraising Event will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at The Estate at New Albany, bringing together community leaders, healthcare professionals, care partners, families, volunteers, donors, corporate partners, and supporters to celebrate hope, compassion, and the future of dementia care in Central Ohio.
