EnergizeCare Dublin | Lisa’s Place

A New Era of Dementia Support Begins Here

Opening September 2026 in Dublin, Ohio

One of the Midwest’s first free-standing, nonmedical respite care centers — created to support individuals living with dementia and the families who care for them.

EnergizeCare is building something the Midwest has never had before.

EnergizeCare Dublin | Lisa’s Place, will be a purpose-built, free-standing respite center in a highly visible, non-medical setting where:

  • Individuals with early-to-moderate Alzheimer’s and other dementias receive safe, enriching support.

  • Care partners gain meaningful, restorative relief.

  • Families find connection, dignity and hope.

  • Care meets community.

This is not institutional care.

This is a vibrant, welcoming center intentionally designed for cognitive support, safety, engagement and belonging.

This is not a nursing home.

The number of Ohioans living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias is projected to rise sharply in the next decade.

Caregivers cannot wait. Families cannot wait. Communities cannot wait. We must build this center now.

We are planning to open in September 2026 near the intersection of Sawmill Road and I-270, a few minutes' walk from Mount Carmel Dublin. The location is optimal for visibility, bringing awareness and reducing the stigma of Alzheimer's and other dementias. The location is also close to Bridge Park in Dublin, where caregivers and their families can enjoy shopping, dining, relaxation, scenic views and strolls.

Stay tuned as we have project designs and renderings to share.

Today, EnergizeCare meets people where they are — with dignity, respect, joy, and hope.

Tomorrow, our respite center will offer:

  • Structured programming.

  • Safe, dementia-informed environments.

  • Social engagement and purposeful activity.

  • Flexible respite options for families.

  • A community hub for education and support.
