Welcome to EnergizeCare
Supporting care partners. Empowering families.
Caring for a loved one with early-to-moderate Alzheimer’s and other dementias is a journey—one you shouldn’t have to face alone. EnergizeCare provides vital respite services and wellness support so both care partners and their loved ones can thrive.
We’re partnering with local organizations to launch engaging adult outdoor and indoor day programs that give care partners the break they need while enriching the lives of those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk
While there is no fee to register for Walk, all participants are encouraged to raise critical funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support and advance research toward methods of prevention, treatment and, ultimately, a cure.

“As a care partner, this journey has shown me that dementia does not take away the humanity of the person we love. At EnergizeCare, we are creating freestanding, non-institutional spaces where care partners can truly trust the care their loved ones receive, and where isolation and loneliness are replaced with connection, dignity, and joy. My mission is to ensure that those who walk this journey with me know they can live well with dementia—because there is always more to the person than the dementia.”
— Dr. Kenneth Vitellas, Founder & President, EnergizeCare
See Our Wonderful People: The Dementia Be Loving & Kind Awareness Symbol
A kindness symbol created by a caregiver to help the world see people living with dementia with patience, dignity, and love.
“See Our Wonderful People” is an awareness concept created from a deeply personal place in a caregiver’s heart — from lived experience, love, and a sincere desire for people living with dementia to be seen first and foremost as whole, valued, and wonderful human beings.
This simple symbol — a forget-me-not flower with the words See Our Wonderful People — is meant to spark curiosity, compassion, and conversation.
When people ask what it means, it opens the door to understanding the dementia journey and reminds us all to respond with patience, kindness, and respect.
